What can be reported?

Reportable misconduct includes but is not limited to:

  1. Financial malpractice — fraud, corruption, bribery, theft, misappropriation of funds
  2. Failure to comply with legal, statutory or regulatory obligations
  3. Actions detrimental to health, safety or the environment

What happens after I file a report?
Once your disclosure is received, it will be assessed and — where necessary — a formal investigation will be launched. Findings are presented to the board and appropriate action is taken. If you wish to know the outcome, a follow-up will be arranged to keep you informed.
Is confidentiality guaranteed?
All concerns are treated in confidence and every reasonable effort is made to protect your identity. However, at certain stages of an investigation it may become necessary to disclose the origin of the complaint to the parties involved — this will always be discussed with you beforehand.
